Delivery Rules & Policies
Order Cutoff Times
Local Zone 1 orders must be placed by 4:00 PM for same-day delivery. Zone 2 cutoff is 2:00 PM, Zone 3 by 12:00 PM noon. Orders placed after cutoff are scheduled for the next available route.
Minimum Order for Free Delivery
Free delivery applies to orders of $150 or more for Zone 1 and Zone 2. Zone 3 and regional orders have a minimum of $250 for free delivery. A flat delivery fee applies to orders below minimums.
Signature & Receiving
A signature is required upon delivery for all orders over $500. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect parts at the time of delivery. Damages must be reported immediately.
Refused or Missed Deliveries
Refused deliveries are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return freight charges. If our driver cannot reach you, we will call ahead - a second attempt may incur a redelivery fee.
Scheduling & Route Changes
Need to schedule a specific delivery window? Call our dispatch team by 9:00 AM and we will do our best to accommodate. Route changes after dispatch may not always be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Parts
Inspect all parts before signing. Report damage or incorrect items immediately - do not install or modify the part. We will arrange a call tag and replacement at no cost to you.
